Elevator Pitch

Here is my pitch!

  1. Hi Jillian,

Great quality video. Your eye contact was on point and you talked slowly enough to where I was fully able to hear and comprehend your talking points. I do believe there is an epidemic in todays world with illegal shark poaching that is decreasing the shark population at a rapid rate. I would just be curious on how your company would turn a profit or become sustainable without a secure source of revenue. Also, your pitch did sound a bit rehearsed. I would attempt to explain your idea with your heart and passion so it comes off more genuine.

    Best Regards,

  2. I love the enthusiasm in this video! You were passionate about the subject and spoke very clearly. I also believe a shark education program is necessary. People fear sharks in spite of the fact that they rarely injure or kill humans. I like how you talked about how online school is becoming more popular and that this program may appeal to these online students.. Maybe there could also be an online component to this shark education program. Great video!

The facts and examples were able to pull the audience in to want to either become more informed or get involved. Great pitch!

    1. Shark education is something often overlooked especially in the target market of South Florida. To fill the need is crucial and this pitch proves the market and idea can mesh cohesively.
